Tactical Athlete Performance training isn't just about making you stronger. It can also help you become quicker, more agile, and reduce your risk of injury. As a Tactical Athlete, you never know the situation you'll be facing. The physical demands on your body, at any moment, can be tremendous. Using an integrated system that incorporates Tactical Athlete-specific movement training with nutrition and recovery strategies, Tactical Athletes prepare for the daily physical stresses of duty, while also decreasing their potential for injury.

 

Whether you’re training to enter or already in, this is the training program for you. All training programs are written by Dave who has a 25+year Strength and Conditioning career, including stints in the NFL, Division I and Division III athletics and in the private sector as a performance enhancement specialist training high school, collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes
